The Complete Combat System

MMA combines striking (boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing), wrestling (takedowns, clinch) and ground fighting (BJJ, submissions) into the most complete fighting system ever developed. At Yoddha we train all three ranges with periodised programming — so you improve every session.

Boxing

The Sweet Science

The world's most popular combat sport teaches footwork, head movement, defensive angles and devastating combinations. Our boxing program is coached by former competitive boxers and follows a structured curriculum from foundational stance to advanced sparring.

Muay Thai

The Art of Eight Limbs

Muay Thai uses fists, elbows, knees and kicks — eight weapons compared to boxing's two. The clinch game and devastating knee strikes make it the world's most battle-tested striking art and a cornerstone of modern MMA. Our head coach is IFMA-certified.

Self-Defense

Women & Kids Programme

Built specifically for women and children, this program teaches practical, real-world techniques in a safe, empowering environment. No prior experience is required. Female instructors lead all women-only batches. Children's classes run separately with age-appropriate drills and scenario training.

Wrestling & Grappling

Control the Fight

Wrestling is the deciding factor in most MMA bouts — the ability to dictate where the fight happens is priceless. Our grappling program covers Freestyle & Greco-Roman wrestling, no-gi submission grappling and MMA-specific clinch and takedown defense.

Fighter Fitness

Elite Conditioning

You don't need to want to fight to train like a fighter. Our Fighter Fitness program delivers sport-specific conditioning — HIIT, plyometrics, kettlebell circuits, core work and bag rounds — that builds functional strength, explosive power and elite cardio. Nutrition guidance is included in all memberships.
